HelpMeNegotiate: the waitlist is open

Apr 21, 2026Dekimu

HelpMeNegotiate is the second app in the Dekimu ecosystem, and today the waitlist is open. It helps freelancers do the one thing most of us are worst at — asking for more money, pushing back on unfair terms, and holding the line without torching the relationship.

Every freelancer has lost money to a conversation they didn't want to have. The rate that hasn't moved in three years. The clause that quietly shifts all the risk to you. The payment terms that stretch from 30 days to 60 the moment you sign. HelpMeNegotiate exists because we've been there, and because winging it on the spot is what produces the outcome we regret.

What it does

You pick a scenario — raise rates, push back on an unfair clause, ask for a deposit or milestones, fix payment terms, negotiate a deadline change, or land a new contract — and fill out a short form. Current situation, client type, target outcome, fallback, language. Out the other end you get an opening message ready to send, three to five talking points to hold in your head, and a walk-away line for when the conversation turns.

The MVP is template-based. Proven copy, real phrasing, nothing invented on the fly. LLM generation is deferred to a paid tier once the free core earns the right to exist.

Stop undercharging. Start negotiating.

How it fits the ecosystem

HelpMeNegotiate shares its account with every other Dekimu app. One login at accounts.dekimu.com and you're in. Same client book as InvoiceUp — the client you're negotiating with today is the same record that'll chase a late invoice tomorrow. One business, one identity, one set of tools that talk to each other.

What's next

The waitlist is the whole product today. We're validating demand before we build the rest — that's the company rule for every app. If the tool sounds like something you'd actually use, leave your email at helpmenegotiate.app and you'll be first in when the full version opens.
