ar.evaluation.v1 (conformity)
Records a conformity assessment for an AI system — the evaluation methodology, criteria, outcome, and assessor identity. TSA recommended. Conformity receipts chain via prev for periodic re-assessment.
ar.evaluation.v1 (transparency)
Records an AI Act Art. 50 transparency obligation — notification that the user is interacting with an AI system. Subject carries a sha256 commit for the end-user. Leaf node — references a conformity receipt by hash but does not chain.
