Dekimu is indie — no investors, no board, no roadmap set by a committee. Every tool in the ecosystem started as a pain the founder felt on a Tuesday and couldn't stop thinking about by Friday.
InvoiceUp exists because three clients paid 60 days late in a row. HelpMeNegotiate exists because saying “my rate is $X” out loud was harder than the actual work. MiniTerms exists because a 40-hour contract shouldn't require a 40-page PDF. None of these are theoretical problems.
